Staff was super nice. Ac works great. Cleanliness could have been better

This is a basic clean hotel downtown. Area of eugene, the only the thing I was wishing was a bigger air conditioning unit. And the two hundred dollar security deposit, it was higher than I have ever paid for even a national chain. It is two hundred dollars no negotiation

So, I booked this property because it advertises as having charging for electric vehicles. Corvallis is bit of desert when it comes to car charging so this was a big draw for me. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 chargers were not operating, and the one that was working was not managed by the property at all. The working charger was occupied by the same car - that was NOT a guest of the hotel - based on not having a parking pass - for over 24 hours. The coffee in the onsite trailer is terrible as well. The rooms were clean, but very spare. No cups, no coffee maker, no fridge. Like I said very basic for the price.

We have stayed here before and are happy with the amenities and location.

A complete GEM! We stayed in a cabin and it was cute and private and everything we needed. The kitchenette was just a stove top and mini fridge but perfect for a quick lunch pack before we went out on the trails. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helped us pick wonderful hikes and day trips. We ate dinner one night and it was better than a 5 star restaurant in town. The tenderloin was perfectly prepared and generous portions. There is absolutely no cell service at the lodge or within about a 15-30 minute radius driving. And NO WIFI. It was perfect for us but good to know ahead.
